At first I was impressed, but after further review, I feel pretty low right now. Seriously, this guy’s legs aren’t working, and he’s mopping up quite nicely. He can do vert, he can do street, he can jump gaps, flip tricks, all without the use of his legs. I wish I could land my stupid kickflip every time. Or hit a long set of stairs with a rail, but instead, I’m just feeling bad….two working legs and I can’t do half the stuff. Og De Souza is his name, and he loves skateboarding.

Oh and if that was just too much for you, check out this trailer for a little known documentary on professional skateboarder John Comer. Comer has only one leg, the other one was amputated and he skated with a prosthetic. So no more excuses, go out there and rip it up, skate like there’s no tomorrow, these two cats did.

Sir Jorge, as they call me, is my pen name. Although, my real name is in fact Jorge, my internet credentials are huge as Sir Jorge. I write a lot, because I can't chase a skateboarding career all my life. So I sit in an office typing away, and when the man isn't looking over my shoulder, I hit the warehouse next door for a quick session. Nothing crazy, just some flip trick attempts, some big spins, a little 50-50 grind or board slide here and there, but nothing to brag about.
